Hi, I'm Chris Connolly. I became a licensed Realtor nearly 15 years ago and received my Mortgage Brokers license a few years later. I started off by doing regular 30 year fixed mortgages and since I never took the time to understand Reverse Mortgages, I thought they were a terrible idea that I had no interest in. Then, a Mortgage Broker I worked with, and very much respected, told me he was doing a Reverse Mortgage for his client. I thought, "how could you?!" He then explained to me how they work and how his client was using it. That day everything changed for me! I began to uncover how this loan was being used by financially savvy homeowners to stay in the homes they love, take control of their cash-flow and oftentimes improve their financial future.
When I am not at the office, I am likely with my wife and our 3 incredible children at our home in Pleasanton. I previously competed in Crossfit and still aim to remain active and keep the juices flowing!
